We provide excellent care at an affordable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. You will receive a monthly statement explaining the details of your account including insurance and patient payments... Please contact our office if they are any discrepancies in our statement.. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan but this must be done prior to the actual procedure.
